Bone restructuring
Missing bone can be replaced by natural and artificial bone substitutes (e.g. prior to implantation, following a cyst, in relation to a periodontal operation). The higher and thicker the jawbone is, the better the conditions are for a successful implant placement. Sinus lift is a special method of building bone in the upper jaw. This is a surgical procedure in which our dental surgeon uses bone replacement to increase the height of the upper jaw.
Dental Implants
The role of dental implants is to replace missing teeth. The implant will form the root of the new tooth. The implant head is a link between the implant and the new crown. The implant crown can be cleaned and cared for just like a normal tooth.

Root resection
Removal of inflammatory lesions at the root tip (e.g. granuloma or cyst) to retain the tooth.
Procedure of a root tip resection:
After root filling, usually under local anesthesia, the bone covering the root is released with a bone drill or bone chisel and the root tip (at least 3 mm) is removed. The wound is closed and the sutures are removed after 10 to 14 days.
Surgical Tooth Removal
Surgical removal of wisdom teeth, broken teeth, roots, impacted teeth if it cannot be removed by conventional methods. In this case, under local anesthesia, a small incision is made in the gums, and the bone around the tooth is removed so that a small portion of the tooth becomes accessible.
This facilitates tooth removal. After removal of the tooth, the gum is restored to its original position and secured with sutures. The wound usually heals completely within 10 to 14 days and the patient only needs to return to suture (stitch) removal.
