How the Opalescence BOOST® Professional Bleaching System works
- The gel contains hydrogen peroxide which removes stains and discolorations from the enamel and dentin so your teeth can shine whiter than ever.
- The gel reacts with the oxygen and your gums stay hydrated and won’t be sensitive.
- We cover your gums with a special protective layer so the whitening gel affects only the teeth.
- This system is different from others because it contains substances which help strenghten the enamel so it will be much more resistant to the damages in the future.
The Opalescence BOOST® Professional Bleaching Treatment takes about one hour at our dental hygienist and you can leave our clinic with a brighter and whiter smile!
After the Opalescence BOOST® Professional Bleaching Treatment
- For the best results don’t consume food or beverages with coloring effect (e.g. coffe, red wine, tea) and don’t smoke cigarettes for at least 3-7 days because they can affect the lasting of the whitening effect.
- After the treatment you can feel sensitivity but it will go away within a few days.
