House rules

1.) Check-in - check-out

The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of your departure the room must be completely vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. You can have the opportunity to check in earlier on the day of your arrival depending on the other bookings. If you want to extend your stay on the day of your departure then it is possible at an extra charge if there is no reservation for the room that day. Extension price: 50% of the daily room price.

Upon check-in your personal data are registered at the reception by means of a passport or an identity card. Then the guests receive a magnetic card as a room key. Upon check-out please return the magnetic card at the reception. In case of the loss or damage of the room key you will be charged 2.000 HUF. The guest is obliged to pay for the stay upon check-in (cash, bank card, SZÉP card).

In case of leaving without pay the hotel is entitled to take legal actions (enforcement of a pledge, reporting to the police, recovery of a claim by legal proceedings).


2.) Visitors

Only guests registered at the reception can stay in the hotel rooms. Please welcome your visitors in the restaurant.


3.) Basic services

The following are included in the room price in addition to the accommodation: breakfast, use of the parking place, availability of Wi-Fi access throughout the house.

The tourism tax is to be paid separately (530 HUF/person).


4.) Hotel supplies and equipment

The guest is obliged to use the hotel supplies and equipment as intended. The equipment and accessories of the hotel may not be taken away from the hotel area. In case of taking away the hotel accessories (towel, bedlinen etc.) - unless the guest has bought them - the hotel will file a criminal complaint or start court proceedings to get compensation.

Any kind of rearrangement of the hotel room may only be done by one of our staff or an authorised person designated for this task. Damages resulting from the arbitrary rearrangement shall be borne by the guest.

If the guest notices a fault of a hotel equipment or accessories then he must notify the reception immediately. The guest is not allowed to correct the fault, the hotel is not liable for any damages resulting therefrom, not even if solely the hotel has suffered the loss.


5.) Daily cleaning

The daily cleaning of the hotel rooms is carried out between 7.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. In case of a longer stay the bedlinen is changed every 3 days, while the change of the towel depends on the indication of the guest (by placing it on the floor). The hotel may charge the guest the costs of cleaning and disinfection of the due to the guest’s behaviour heavily contaminated room and room textiles either wholly or in part.

The hotel might be released from the daily cleaning, if the door sign „Do not disturb" is hanging on the outside doorknob of the guest.


6.) Safety, fire protection

It is forbidden to store and operate any flammable or explosive material in the hotel room. If you want to have your clothes ironed or washed then you can report it at the reception desk. Each guest must adhere to the hotel’s fire safety rules. In case of fire please notify the reception and indicate the fire on the fire alarm system in the building.

The common areas of the hotel are kept under camera surveillance. The screens which are continuously broadcasting the live feeds recorded by the cameras are monitored by the security guards and the hotel receptionist.


7.) Causing damage

The hotel will have the person who caused the damage reimburse the damage caused by negligence or intentionally.


8.) Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Our smoking guests are allowed to smoke in the designated area 5 meters from the hotel entrance and on the first-floor terrace. If the guest violates the smoking rule then the staff is entitled to warn the guest and charge him/her a cleaning fee of 60.000 HUF.


9.) Eating

Main meals: breakfast buffet: between 7:00-10:00 a.m., opening hours of our a la carte restaurant: 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. A la carte breakfast offer between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m.

Please consume only in the restaurant the food and drinks from the buffet table. It is not allowed to take away food and drinks from the restaurant.

In the public area of the hotel and the restaurant you are only allowed to consume the food and drinks bought in the hotel. Food and drinks bought outside the hotel can be consumed only in the hotel room by taking care of the other utilities.


10.) Peace of the guests

Please respect the other guests’ tranquillity and do not disturb them with loudness. Pay particular attention to each other’s tranquillity after 10:00 p.m.


11.) Lost property

Lost properties must be handed over at the reception. The hotel is obliged to preserve the guest’s items left in the hotel for 3 months.

A return is only possible if the postage is paid in advance. Food, medicine and perishable items left behind will be destroyed by the hotel.


12.) Liability for damages

We kindly remind our guests that our hotel does not take any responsibility for the valuables left in the hotel. Your valuables can be kept in the safe of the room.


13.) Regulations

A regulation on data processing and the use of cameras as well as a complaint handling policy are available at the hotel. These regulations are accessible at the reception at any time.
